Coach: Robin O'Leary
Robin was an International level swimmer, and she qualified for, get this, all 12 National Events in 1973 (or there about...)! She nearly always qualified for Finals in National meets, had a great time swimming. Received a scholarship to swim at University of Miami, in Florida, the two time National AIAW champions. (Keep in mind that in the middle 70's, a women' scholarship is nearly unheard of!)

Robin finished up her studies at the University of Washington, with BA in Kinesiology, the study of human movement. This is where Robin gained her confidence to support her theory's on stroke development.

Robin started coaching in 1983, a Master's team at Cascade Swim Club, and then also coached high school and age group. Robin started up GLAD because of the lack of pool space and the conflicts between age group and Master.

Robin's workouts provides a great variety of stoke work, endurance and anaerobic.
