Once upon a time, B'Elanna was bored. And as we all know, a bored Klingon is a dangerous Klingon.

No one knew this better than Tom. So Tom booked the holodeck for them.

Neelix packed them a lovely lunch. B'Elanna used the picnic basket as a piñata. Tom decided letting her activate her exercise program and kill some holographic characters was a good idea after all.

Then, once B'Elanna had chopped all the holographic aliens into little, teeny, tiny pieces, Tom persuaded her to stay on the holodeck for a while.

And that, Miral, is where little Klingons come from.
